FABRICATING SERVICES:
ESTIMATING: We can take your ideas and specifications and develop a detailed quote or bid to include all materials and labor required for the fabrication of your part. This bid can be broken down into types of product and into phases of production. The bid can also be subtotaled for different quantities.
AUTO-CAD DETAILING: If your product needs digital drawing and specifications, we can convert the drawing into an AUTO CAD file which will provide diagrams, dimensions, and specifications.
ONE ON ONE COMMUNICATION: It is always our preference to work one-on-one with a client either at their office, our office, or in the field. This communication allows for the full representation of the work required and improves our contribution to the overall success of the job. However, we can work with phone conversations, emails, and faxes both at the start and during the fabrications phases.
QUICK TURN AROUND: We know that responsiveness is essential to maintain good customer service. We will meet the time requirements necessary for completing the quote and for completing the job. If we can’t meet a time deadline, we will let you know at the start.
QUALTIY PRODUCTS: QUALITY is our NUMBER ONE GOAL. In all cases we will complete the job within the quality standards required by the customer. Our quality standards apply to welding, dimensions, sizes, configuration, drilling, cutting, and general lay out. Quality checks are ‘on-going’ throughout the fabrication process and are always defined by the needs of the customer within the budget and time limitations for the job.
PROBLEM SOLVING: The ultimate purpose of every job is to solve a problem for the customer. Our 40 years of experience give us the ability to find solutions and solve problems at the start that will insure a successful completion.
FIELD MEASUREMENT: When necessary, we will send a fabrication specialist to your field locations to create or verify the measurements necessary to complete a job. These measurements will then be approved by your staff to insure compliance with the final job specifications.
SHIPPING: We have the in-house capability of delivering up to 16,000 lbs to your job site within 100 miles of Spartanburg, SC. However, there is no limitation on our ability to deliver your job. We have outside freight lines that can deliver virtually any product of any size.
PAINTING: We will normally provide a prime coat for all of our jobs. However, we have the capability to meet the paint and coating specifications of virtually all jobs. The details are included in the quote.
